Compressed Air/Gas Testing
Many controlled environments contained compressed air lines or gas lines. These are commonly used in the manufacturing process to run equipment, clean off parts, or perform process-specific tasks.
Fed directly into the controlled environment, these lines are required to meet the same ISO classification as the clean rooms and spaces they serve. Since they may introduce contamination, the lines must be similarly controlled, monitored, and tested.
Call on Microtest’s environmental sciences group to perform an array of different tests that ensure compliance and control of your compressed air/gas lines. Our evaluations include nonviable air particulate testing, plus viable compressed air testing for the presence of aerobic, anaerobic, and fungal (yeast & mold) organisms.
Compressed air/gas systems can also contribute contaminates such as hydrocarbons and water vapors. These also need to be controlled. Using state-of-the-art equipment, our technicians can perform the appropriate tests for these types of contaminates, and many more.
Ensure your compressed air/gas lines stay contamination-free. Call on the Microtest environmental sciences group today.
